Thanks to the Prince’s Trust
St Elisabeth’s were thrilled to find out that a group of local Young People from the Prince’s Trust had chosen them as their project for a fortnight.
The young people were given the chance to take on their own group community project, making a positive difference to the place where they live.
The young people came along to the church everyday for two weeks, helping to repaint the cellars, clean up the grounds and do other jobs around our building.
In exchange the young people were treated to a Bell Ringing lesson.
At the end of the fortnight, the young people delivered a speech about their experiences.
